Star Cruises voted “Best Cruise Line” in China


HONG KONG / BEIJING – Star Cruises, the leading cruise line in Asia-Pacific, has been voted “Best Cruise Line” at “Youth.Travel 2012-2013 - Readers’ Most Trusted Brands Awards”. Jointly organized by Beijing Youth Daily, The Mirror and Top Media, the awards included 10 categories including “Best Airline”, “Best Cruise Line” and “Best Travel Agency”. Star Cruises was presented the “Best Cruise Line” award in the presentation ceremony held in Beijing.

In 2013, Star Cruises is bringing its services to the China market to the next level with the launch of the newly refurbished SuperStar Gemini. After a series of successful inaugural sailings from Singapore, Penang, Hong Kong and Sanya, SuperStar Gemini will be homeported in Shanghai from April to October and offer cruises to top destinations in Korea and Taiwan. In addition, SuperStar Gemini houses a 450-square-metre swanky shopping boulevard, featuring designer branded merchandise and offering a luxurious shopping experience.
